　羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)可以承受的溫度范圍：

　　隨著夏季氣溫的升高，羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)口處溫度升高，加上風(fēng)機(jī)運(yùn)行期間上升引起的溫度上升，機(jī)體表面溫度高于其他時間。羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)運(yùn)行時的具體正常溫度由進(jìn)口周圍溫度工作壓力值決定。

　　需要注意的是，羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)可以在冬天使用，也可以在零下30度的環(huán)境中使用，冬天使用羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)時，低溫環(huán)境和高溫環(huán)境會對羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)造成損傷。

　　如果輸送的氣體溫度超過攝氏40度，例如溫度高的飽和水蒸氣，溫度高的話，對風(fēng)機(jī)的要求也會提高。例如，材料需要不銹鋼材料或風(fēng)機(jī)的防腐處理、更換密封方式、軸承、燃料罐冷卻等，要經(jīng)過特殊處理才能使用。

　　羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)可以在冬天使用，也可以在零下30度的環(huán)境下使用。冬天使用羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)時要多注意。低溫環(huán)境和高溫環(huán)境都會對羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)造成損傷，因此要更加注意。

　　1.夏天和冬天使用羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)的話，對風(fēng)機(jī)的檢查密度要提高，本來每天要檢查1 ~ 2次，要增加到檢查3 ~ 4次，一旦出故障，要立即進(jìn)行停機(jī)檢查。

　　2.水冷型羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)，冬季要注意：防止水冷管結(jié)冰、凍結(jié)或破裂，停止運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，將水冷管內(nèi)的水清洗干凈。

　　3.夏天，羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)的進(jìn)氣溫度一般控制在40度，超過這個溫度，羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)有時溫度太高，容易燒壞電動機(jī)。

　　4.部分地區(qū)氣溫低也可能與海拔因素有關(guān)。海拔高，溫度低，選擇羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)時要特別注意。不能照常選擇，海拔會影響風(fēng)量和壓力。

　　5.一般類型的羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)主要位于地面上，環(huán)境溫度的高低會影響羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)，縮短使用壽命，因此**制作風(fēng)室，有效控制環(huán)境溫度，保護(hù)羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)。

　　羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)電流超載的直接原因：

　　1.軸承油不足引起的阻力增加

　　如果風(fēng)機(jī)是*初配套，電動機(jī)軸承油不足或軸承墊上軸承油不足會增加電動機(jī)的阻力，電動機(jī)電流超過允許值會直接燒電動機(jī)繞組(如果有空氣開關(guān)，并且能起到保護(hù)作用，則空氣開關(guān)會突出來)。

　　2.風(fēng)量和風(fēng)壓發(fā)生了很大變化，導(dǎo)致風(fēng)機(jī)超載

　　除了機(jī)械原因外，主要在系統(tǒng)方面。一般來說，鼓風(fēng)機(jī)制造商設(shè)計(jì)的風(fēng)機(jī)會留下一定的設(shè)計(jì)余量，電動機(jī)進(jìn)水后，當(dāng)時電動機(jī)電流可能會很高，但不是超載的情況。實(shí)際超載表現(xiàn)在風(fēng)量的增加和風(fēng)壓的變化上，這是風(fēng)機(jī)電流過高的常見原因。

　　3.羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)不好

　　羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)沒有設(shè)計(jì)好，導(dǎo)致鼓風(fēng)機(jī)葉輪失去平衡，旋轉(zhuǎn)時軸承受損，負(fù)荷突然增加，平衡不好，導(dǎo)致電動機(jī)處于超壓超流。

　　4.因人的失誤而導(dǎo)致超流

　　人為原因之一是電動機(jī)選小，鼓風(fēng)機(jī)的閥門沒有完全打開，導(dǎo)致了羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)的超流。

　　高溫季節(jié)羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)冷卻的基本措施:

　　羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)的工作方式是，當(dāng)電動機(jī)通過主軸或滑輪移動主動軸時，安裝在主動輪上的齒輪同時向相反的方向旋轉(zhuǎn)安裝在從動輪上的齒輪，使嚙合的轉(zhuǎn)子一起旋轉(zhuǎn)。這樣，外殼和轉(zhuǎn)子形成一個空間，氣體從進(jìn)氣口進(jìn)入空間。這時氣體被壓縮，被轉(zhuǎn)子推開排放口，另一個轉(zhuǎn)子相對于**個轉(zhuǎn)子和壓縮開始的位置，與外殼的另一側(cè)形成新的空間，新的氣體再次進(jìn)入這個空間，被擠壓，繼續(xù)運(yùn)動，以達(dá)到鼓風(fēng)的目的。

　　輔助冷卻措施。一般羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)可以降低溫度，水冷和風(fēng)冷，根據(jù)技術(shù)要求使用風(fēng)冷，溫度高需要水冷，為了確保主要輔助燃料罐的正常使用，需要冷卻處理來降低潤滑油的溫度。一般潤滑油的溫度不得超過65度。

　　冬季，水冷羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)在冬季長期不使用時，要排出所有冷藏的水，避免冷藏的凍結(jié)現(xiàn)象。

　　葉輪間隙設(shè)計(jì),羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)在設(shè)計(jì)時葉輪之間的間隙也會影響冷卻。例如，外殼間隙、葉輪間隙、墻板間隙等也是設(shè)計(jì)時的設(shè)計(jì)重點(diǎn)。一些小型企業(yè)的設(shè)計(jì)不完善，設(shè)備的壽命有時會縮短。

　　葉輪間隙設(shè)計(jì)要符合一定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，使用過程中也要檢查，每年大檢時要對葉輪上的灰塵污垢進(jìn)行一定程度的處理，使葉輪間隙在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)誤差內(nèi)，不能出現(xiàn)間距太小的情況。

　　脆弱部位加強(qiáng)保護(hù)。潤滑油容易受到羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)高溫的傷害，因此潤滑油的冷卻處理需要多方面保護(hù)，除了應(yīng)用水冷卻外，還需要從外殼內(nèi)部到墻板和潤滑油依次降低溫度進(jìn)行冷卻。

　　影響羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)出口溫度的因素主要有羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)的容積效率、工作壓力、風(fēng)機(jī)內(nèi)部泄漏、吸入風(fēng)的溫度等。但是很多因素與制造商的技術(shù)水平有很大關(guān)系。三葉羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)形成后，已定型?，F(xiàn)場可以做的事情是降低出口壓力(很多情況下，污水處理廠，水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖等受工藝限制，出口壓力不能下降)，降低吸入風(fēng)溫度，或者人為地通過其他方法降低出口溫度。具體地說，現(xiàn)場的三葉羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)冷卻可以從以下方面開始：

　　1，如果羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)安裝在室內(nèi)。有條件的話，可以裝空調(diào)和風(fēng)扇來降低溫度。不要吝惜空調(diào)和電費(fèi)。因?yàn)殡妱訖C(jī)溫度每上升10度，壽命就會減少很多。所以在室內(nèi)安裝空調(diào)可以延長設(shè)備壽命，降低出口溫度。

　　2.部分地區(qū)有噪音要求，有隔音罩的話，夏天必須打開隔音罩門。隔音罩形成密封空間，增加環(huán)境溫度，吸入空氣溫度高，出口溫度高。裝有隔音罩的三葉羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)夏天入口溫度超過45度。

　　3、減少管道彎曲等，可以**限度地減少管道壓力損失和其他壓力損失。

　　4、經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式，三葉羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)的出口溫度=入口溫度(10-12)*壓力，這里的壓力單位是米水柱，(例如水位為6米，管道損失和膜損失(污水廠曝氣管隔膜)的壓力損失為1米，環(huán)境溫度為30度時，出口溫度為100-114。根據(jù)這個公式，可以理解降低入口溫度和出口壓力的意義。

　　5.在距管道出口約5~10米的地方設(shè)置水槽(特別是水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖、污水處理等風(fēng)曝氣)，也是有效降低出口溫度的方法。

　　降低羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)軸承溫度的方法和轉(zhuǎn)子的常規(guī)檢查及清洗后的檢查

降低羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)軸承溫度的方法：

　　羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)的軸承溫度也會受到外界環(huán)境影響，冬季時室溫較低，羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)運(yùn)行狀況良好(室溫5℃時，羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)前軸承在80℃左右)，而到了夏季，當(dāng)室溫達(dá)到30℃以上時，羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)前軸承隨著室溫上升超過設(shè)定跳閘溫度。為避免跳閘，機(jī)組人員在機(jī)殼上加裝噴淋水降溫作為應(yīng)急處理方法，但運(yùn)行中衛(wèi)生狀況較差，以下是降低羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)軸承溫度幾種簡單快速的方法。

　　1.簡單符合實(shí)際的就是在風(fēng)機(jī)外部加裝遮陽板，這是降溫的直接方法之一。

　　2.如果軸流風(fēng)機(jī)、耐磨風(fēng)機(jī)等風(fēng)機(jī)溫度升過高，很可能是風(fēng)機(jī)開車時進(jìn)、出氣管道閘門未關(guān)造成的。解決辦法：關(guān)閉進(jìn)、出氣管道閘門就行了。

　　3.另外由于箱體劇烈振動造成的，軸與滾動軸承安裝歪斜、前后兩軸承不同心，風(fēng)機(jī)滾動軸承損壞或軸彎曲，都是影響風(fēng)機(jī)軸承溫度的因素之一，解決方法：及時更滑潤滑油減少摩擦系數(shù)。

　　4.電機(jī)皮帶過松，在這里應(yīng)注意及時更換電機(jī)皮帶，調(diào)整好皮帶輪的位置使其受力均勻。

　　羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子的常規(guī)檢查：

　　羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)的主要內(nèi)部組件有：轉(zhuǎn)子、軸承、齒輪、密封、機(jī)殼，這是羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)的心臟

　　1.在羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)大檢的時期，對轉(zhuǎn)子進(jìn)行清洗，查看表面是否有裂痕。

　　2.如果因?yàn)檩S或葉輪的缺陷，需要更換，那么，把葉輪從軸上拆下，裝配時要測量軸和葉輪的裝配間隙，重新裝配后的轉(zhuǎn)子，需要進(jìn)行動平衡校正。

　　3.我們在檢修羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)時，如果發(fā)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)子存在有銹跡、鐵刺，需要我們進(jìn)行清理，做拋光處理。

　　4.轉(zhuǎn)子的彎曲度檢查，轉(zhuǎn)子在正常情況的彎曲程度小于0.08mm，軸頸的橢圓度正常情況下小于0.01mm。

　　5.軸頸和軸承的內(nèi)圈尺寸應(yīng)當(dāng)符合要求，如有磨損較大的情況，應(yīng)當(dāng)及時進(jìn)行調(diào)整維修。

　　6.葉輪表面情況檢查，葉輪的表面和軸應(yīng)當(dāng)無嚴(yán)重磨損情況，如果有較為嚴(yán)重的磨損，應(yīng)當(dāng)找到原因，并進(jìn)行處理。

　羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子清洗后的檢查：

　　羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)檢查葉輪表面和軸向平面，有無摩擦痕跡，如有摩掠痕跡，這種現(xiàn)象多數(shù)是由于鼓風(fēng)機(jī)出廠試車時，或在出廠后，經(jīng)過一段時間的存放和搬運(yùn)，轉(zhuǎn)子由于時效處理不當(dāng)，產(chǎn)生了變形，在安裝現(xiàn)場拆卸鼓風(fēng)機(jī)以前，盤動回轉(zhuǎn)了鼓風(fēng)機(jī)面留下的摩擦痕跡。這種摩擦現(xiàn)象是鼓風(fēng)機(jī)易出現(xiàn)的問題，又很難處理，切不可草率從事，必須認(rèn)真找出原因，并進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)奶幚?。對于摩擦的痕跡可用油石或細(xì)銼磨光，但不可過多的磨去葉輪外徑，以免影響鼓風(fēng)機(jī)的性能。檢查軸的表面光潔度，特別是與軸承接觸的部位，有無毛刺、凹痕、麻面及銹蝕等現(xiàn)象，對于輕微的毛刺、凹痕，可以用細(xì)銼刀打磨光，然后用細(xì)砂布磨平。檢查軸的彎曲度和圓度用著色滲透液和超聲波探傷檢查軸的表面有無裂紋。檢查葉輪表面和軸向平面有無裂紋和砂眼。

　　羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)是一種定排量回轉(zhuǎn)式風(fēng)機(jī)，靠安裝在機(jī)殼上的兩根平行軸上的兩個“8”字形的轉(zhuǎn)子對氣體的作用而抽送氣體。轉(zhuǎn)子由裝在軸末端的一對齒輪帶動反向旋轉(zhuǎn)。當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)子旋轉(zhuǎn)時，空腔從進(jìn)風(fēng)管吸入氣體,空腔另一側(cè)的氣體被逐出風(fēng)管，而封閉空腔內(nèi)的氣體則被圍困在轉(zhuǎn)子與機(jī)殼之間隨著轉(zhuǎn)子的旋轉(zhuǎn)向出風(fēng)管移動。當(dāng)氣體排到出風(fēng)管內(nèi)時，壓力突然增高，增加的大小取決于出風(fēng)管的阻力的情況而無限制。只要轉(zhuǎn)子在轉(zhuǎn)動，總有一定體積的氣體排到出風(fēng)口，也有一定體積的氣體被吸入。

　　雙油箱水冷羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)的特點(diǎn)：

　　1.雙油箱設(shè)計(jì)：

　　與單油箱風(fēng)機(jī)采用油脂潤滑相比改變了潤滑方式。由于采用兩端機(jī)油潤滑的方式，使?jié)櫥映浞?，顯著提高了軸承的使用壽命，避免了因軸承損壞而導(dǎo)致風(fēng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子損壞的頻率。

　　2.噪音低：

　　8.雙油箱水冷羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)維護(hù)檢修應(yīng)按具體使用情況擬定合理的維修制度，按期進(jìn)行，并作好記錄，建議每年大修一次，并更換軸承和有關(guān)易損件。

　　雙油箱水冷羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)的葉輪與葉輪之間及葉輪與機(jī)體之間存在相對運(yùn)動，處于非接觸狀態(tài)，必須有合適的工作間隙，才能保證既有密封作用又能使風(fēng)機(jī)正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
